Since 2019, Monash University Malaysia (MUM) has been working with Native to engage the Orang Asli through learning experiences and community projects. MUM formalised its commitment to being a good indigenous ally through an MoU with the Native Allies Society of Malaysia, strengthening its dedication to ethical research, impactful community engagement, and mutual learning with the Orang Asli.
