Ramli Jang

Temuan

Kampung Kolam Air Pantai, Seremban, Negeri Sembilan

A deeply respected community leader in Negeri Sembilan, currently serving as Chairman of the Local Community Development Committee (JPKK). With decades of experience as an independent religious teacher and active involvement in Orang Asli cooperatives, welfare organisations, and village associations, Ramli bridges spiritual conviction with cultural preservation, bringing interesting perspectives on how faith and Orang Asli heritage are complementary foundations for a resilient community identity.

the Allyship Pledge

We recognise that a sustainable, thriving future is inherently relational and reciprocal. As signatories, we accept our shared agency and responsibility in shaping such futures.

We will, therefore, take action and begin from where we are. In Malaysia, this starts with principled, intentional, and meaningful allyship with the Orang Asli.

We therefore commit to stand with the Orang Asli as allies: to listen with humility, show up in solidarity, and walk alongside them in their pursuit of justice, equity, and self-determination – whether as those who call Malaysia home, or as guests upon this land.
